You may be able to help resolve some of them by assigning work orders, but often these require escalation. The following is a list of possible issues/categories of issues and how to approach resolving them.

If the package is left in the zipping point for any reason, an unload task will be generated in the runner app. The unload task will also include a ranger reset code in the runner app, which they can use to open the drawer and remove the package. If the ranger cannot find the code, you should be able to view it in fleet wrangler and provide it to them via the incident channel. Alternatively, you can also search for the zipping point on fleet wrangler, request a ranger reset via the fleet wrangler workbench, and provide the code to the ranger/runner to perform the reset.
