Based on 0 missions where this alarm fired in the last 90 days as of 2026-10-13

Aggregated from fleet operations and refreshed daily. Individual outcomes may vary by site and configuration.

This error may occur anytime doors are commanded closed in a zipping point loading. There are two behaviors that require the doors to close:

  • Nominal state progression: Doors are commanded closed when the Droid is sitting on the platform in order to pick up the package.
  • Off nominal state progression: Doors are commanded closed after the Droid is clear of the platform on ascent after a package put back. Doors must be closed in order to pass through the lid.

This error code usually occurs because the operator loaded a package that was too heavy or oddly-shaped for the droid, or because the innermech in the zipping point drawer is unable to fully collapse, obstructing the doors from closing.
