Reset Dock Latch

Scan the QR code on the lead-in of the Dock to be reset.

Follow the app flow to send the RESET command.

Did the actuator move? You can tell this by either feeling or hearing movement after the RESET command is sent.

Perform a dead latch rescue to manually release the Aircraft from the Dock.

Did the Aircraft come out of the Dock?

Is the
LATCH_SERVICE_STATE in a FAULTED state? 7 action
Send another RESET command. When you hear the actuator move, try to pull the Aircraft out of the Dock.

Send an OPEN command. When you hear the actuator move, try to pull the Aircraft out of the Dock.
9 question
Did the Aircraft come out of the Dock?
10 action
The issue is resolved and the Aircraft and Dock may return to service.
11 escalation
Escalate to P2 Dock Hardware On Call.
