268458112?charger_status.short_circuit_status set to SHORT_CIRCUIT_DETECTED?actual_current and lz_zip_charge_voltage spike right as we detect a short circuit? Typically you will see a current spike 5-10A in the actual_current.Context: During docking, the Dock applies voltage before the Zip's charge switch turns on. This lets the Dock safely check for short circuits before current flows into the Zip. If all looks good, the Zip then enables charging. In the case of a short circuit, the Dock applies voltage → current spikes to 5–10 A → Dock stops charging and raises an alarm. Normally, current should stay near zero until the Zip enables its charge switch
actual_current. This is NOT a hardware failure and usually will not show up constantly.Keep the charger in service by restarting the charger service, shown here: Restart Dock Charger Service. If the same fault shows up 5 times consecutively, create a work order to swap the charger. Include a link to the above Baraza plot.
charger_fault_info.error_code / dock.charger_status.alarms.alarm_report and convert the reported decimal value to hex. Which error code is reported?charger_fault_info.error_code / dock.charger_status.alarms.alarm_report and convert the reported decimal value to hex. Which error code is reported? After those retries, follow Power Cycle / Reset Tripped Dock Breaker to try a hard reset of the Dock at the breaker. If that does not work, create a work order to replace the charger.
SLOW_CHARGE_RECOVERY_ACTIVE. The Aircraft retries charging over a 24-hour recovery window and the Dock will try to restart its charger service. If the recovery window expires without a successful charge-start attempt, MAX_RETRY_ATTEMPTS_FAILED sets. The default action for an active slow-recovery alarm is to leave the Aircraft docked and allow recovery to continue. If the asset needs to be restored before the 24-hour recovery window expires, use SLOW_CHARGE_RECOVERY_ACTIVE to troubleshoot the underlying Dock or Aircraft charging issue.
