    Power OFF/Shut Down Smart Cart

    published HW: EV2HW: EV3

    WARNING: Do not shut down the smart cart by disconnecting the power plug. The smart cart is a computer and must be powered down correctly to avoid damage.

    To shut down the smart cart:

    1. SSH into the smart cart (SSH into Smart Cart).
    2. Run the following command to power-off the smart cart:
      • sudo shutdown now
    3. The command will respond with “Connection to <insert smart cart name> closed”
    4. Wait 1 min.
    5. Disconnect the smart cart power plug.
