Mission Sent; Not Acknowledged - Aircraft Stuck in StartUp
Background
Section titled “Background”An issue may be reported by the AUTO ALARM (problem_reported_by_runner + runners_app) with an associated Mission ID which is a Deliver mission that completed successfully. This can make it unclear and difficult to know which mission actually failed.
When you attempt to perform a mission request or change the operation mode, you might notice that these buttons are grayed out due to an active mission which is not even on the recent missions list and doesn’t match the one reported by the runner.
This is caused by the mission being sent by the runner but never acknowledged, leaving the Aircraft stuck in StartUp, waiting for one or more services to finish restarting.

- If the pending service is related to the Aircraft, power cycle the Aircraft (Power Cycle Aircraft).
