Aggregated from fleet operations and refreshed daily. Individual outcomes may vary by site and configuration.
Background
Section titled “Background”This alarm can occur as the Aircraft begins trying to descend away from the Dock during undocking and detects that it is stuck. If this alarm occurs, it will lead to the mission being failed.
The Aircraft could remain stuck inside the Dock, or it could briefly undock then DockASAP. It should not crash into the barrier.
This alarm is raised either because of:
- Poor zip/dock comms
- A physical issue between the fin and the dock causing the zip to be stuck.
For this guide, your purpose is to determine whether we fall into category 1 or category 2. There are more detailed linked guides for each.

You will need to manually ground the dock. It is currently not possible for aircraft alarms to automatically ground the dock.
The aircraft should be automatically grounded from this alarm, but ensure that it is.
