TEST: Telemetry step embed
Background
Section titled “Background”This is a temporary test fixture for the telemetry-step feature described in
planning/telemetry-step-feature.md. It exercises the type: "telemetry" step
end to end: the technician enters a mission identifier, and the bound
winch_temperature_check plot renders inline. Delete this topic once the
feature has a real home.
