Background
Section titled “Background”This guide covers specific troubleshooting steps to triage a site power outage.
Power is supplied to our sites in a generally linear fashion:
- Upstream utility or onsite generator
- Upstream-level distribution or upstream partner supply
- Onsite distribution
- Dock breakers to dock
To troubleshoot a suspected power issue, start at the top and work down to find the root cause. There are different actions to take at each step.
To confirm that all assets at a site are offline, use the site’s offline indicators.
Generator Power Sites

- Commercial Ops: Rowlett
- Test: NestZ for all power, Nest0 for backup power, NestV for all power

Ask the local onsite team to perform the troubleshooting steps in the generator manual, especially the steps related to the main output breaker.

Check the local utility page for outages.

- If there is a local outage, wait for power to be restored.
- If there are no local outages, click Continue to proceed to the Onsite distribution troubleshooting steps.

Request that Customer Support reach out to the Partner Store Manager to confirm if the store is experiencing any power issues or if any breakers supplying our site are tripped.
