This alarm occurs when Zip Exec has not received a wired Zip-Droid heartbeat status message within the watchdog timeout. If this alarm occurs in flight, Zip Exec will have one less signal to determine if the Droid is stowed in the Zip.

This alarm may be caused by the network agent crashing, running at too slow of a rate, or publishing too infrequently. This alarm might also be caused by compute performance issues and IPC issues. In these cases, multiple watchdog alarms will be activated.
