Create a discrepancy against the droid, and open an incident channel. Depending on the issue, assign the appropriate work orders or escalate. (This is often a dirty camera, which can be resolved by assigning the Clean Camera Lens on Droid Brain work order.)
If it is clear that the droid was causing the zipping point to fail, you may return the zipping point to service at your discretion.

Assign the V4 Zipping Point: Perform Standard Field Inspection - Ranger and V4 Zipping Point: Measure Lid Forces work orders, create an incident channel, and reach out to rangers to complete them.
