Validator: Lock Mech Line Wear
Background
Section titled “Background”This validator is intended to preemptively detect a worn lock mech housing from line wear while the zip is still functional, before it escalates into an in-flight alarm. Use the winch/lock_mech_topout_discrepancy and winch/lock_mech_truncated_torque_pulse results together to determine whether the lock mech requires replacement.
